Getting started on working out?!
Question: ok so im going to start working out today. i weigh 120lbs im 5'4 or 5'5, i dont know. im not fat at all but im not skinny (like bone skinny) how shuld i get started?

Start small, if you start benching 80 lbs right away, you'll hate it, won't be able to do it, and probably will throw in the towel. Start with 15-20 lb weights and work up from there. Don't worry about other people thinking you're weak, they're deff too wrapped up in their own bodies.
