I started it today and its not very nice to be honest but you only do it for a week and should lose around half a stone...... if you follow this with a normal healthy eating plan and 30 minutes excercise per day (nothing too strenuous - even fast waking to get your heart rate up) you will definitely lose weight.
If you don't want to have a drastic 'crash' diet to start with, then just eat healthily.
Porridge for breakfast, low calorie soup for lunch and a balanced dinner.
Cut your portion sizes in half, cut out alcohol. Don't eat as many carbs as usual.
If you fancy chocolate, have a couple of squares - don't deprive yourself of anything or you'll just want it more.
Don't let yourself go hungry or you'll binge.
