Slimming down stomach area?!
Question: I'm not fat, but i want to tone my stomach area, so i wanted to know what are the most effective work-outs for me to do. i already to crunches, but that isn't really helping, any suggestions? also i need something low-impact so no running ( i have really bad knees)

Yes, it has crunches, but it teaches you to control your breathing and your correct position and everything.

Yoga and Pilates! The absolute best workouts. Very low impact, and you can get quick thirty minute workouts that are fabulous.
Watch your diet. Your stomach area is 75%+ based off your diet.
As for workouts, try doing some cardio. Invest in biking and yoga. If you can get to a gym, an ellipitcal machine is perfect for you as you get to run but there's no impact on your knees or joints whatsoever.
