My eating regimine?!
Question: ive been on a diet since the beginning of january. everyday i drink a lot of water and eat a turky sandwich from subway with no mayo just plain white bread and turkey for lunch with some baked chips. ive calculated it to be around 500 calories. is this ok to eat? is it goin to help me lose wieght or should i just not eat anything?

Your body needs fuel to functions. This is what I would suggest:
Breadfast: Egg white omelet with veggies and 1 slice of whole wheat toast.
Snack: Veggies/Fruit
Lunch: Try a wrap - high fiber low cal tortilla or a flat out (light). With veggies, some low fat cheese/cream cheese a few slices of reduced fat lunch meat/tuna and veggies. On this side have a piece of fruit.
Snack: Glass of milk and a 100 calorie pack
Dinner: Steamed veggies with chicken breast or fish and a small amount of brown rice.
A meal plan like this will keep you fueled throughout the day but is low enough in calories to help you lose weight. Also, be sure to get in some exercise.

500 calories is only going to drive you to overeat. You'll end up gaining a lot of weight
Eat six small healthy meals per day. Be sure to incorporate whole grains and lean protein.
If you don't eat anything, then you'll be unhealthy and will gain weight when you finally decide to eat.
Eat a breakfast bar when you get up 100 calories!
Eat a snack mid morning
Lunch is fine
Eat a snack mid afternoon
Eat a similar Dinner
Eat an evening snack
Shoot for 1200 to 1500 calories a day!
Your body doesn't like to be starved it will hold onto fat if you are not eating anything else in your day!
Try Weight Watchers for permanant weight loss.
Cut out the chips and get wheat bread instead of white, eat fruit instead of those baked chips there empty calories!
Eat more fruits and veggies. Eat some lean meat like chicken for dinner with lots of veggies like brocolli and eat a good balaced breakfast.
500 calories is not enough especially if part of those calories are from CHIPS!!
SO GET WITH IT AND EAT A MORE BALANCED HEALTHY DIET WITH ATLEAST 1200 CALORIES !
eeem.. well 6 meals a day is a bit too much.. 6 meals a day is recommended for a bodybuilder not for someone who is tryign to loose weight..
i would recommend you to have 3 meals a day:
in the morning: bowl of cereal with milk..
in the after noon.. healthy meal.. for example.. vegetarian Lasagna.. SALAD!.. try not to eat FRIED food!
in the evening/night: another healthy meal like maybe a chicken and salad sandwich..
ADVICE: try to eat as much as SALAD as you can.. as it'll take away you appetite for food.
