Answers: i never drink more than 2 cups and usually use cream and sugar.

Coffee is very good in moderation. It has a lot of flavonoids, antioxidants, same as fruits. Coffee reduce risk of developing diabetes, colon cancer, Parkinson, it is antibacterial, good for your teeth, coffee edemas clean your system and used in treating people with cancer, caffeinee is in some of the headache medicines, probably much more benefits, and besides it is very enjoyable and just great for your mood. Go for it, one or two cups is perfect.
I would cut on cream and sugar, used to drink it this way , but now enjoy it with no sugar and a little milk, the transition was
easy for me. Another negative effect is that it washes out calcium from your bones. That's why it is not good for children or teenagers. I think all the negative effects of caffein are only if you drink a lot, like more than 3 cups.
Cheers for coffee!

Some research suggests that coffee helps your heart health. You're probably drinking just the right amount.

Check with the blood type diet book - if you know your blood type, then coffee can actually be good for you. I know Type A's are ok with coffee. The cream and sugar may be worse.
