What's the best day of the week to weigh in for weight loss?!

I'm just looking for opinions to see which day might be better.

I used to do it on Mondays so that I wouldnt get tmepted to eat out on the weekend but then conflicitng schedules got me to do it on Saturdays but now that I have school mon-wed Im thinking of switching my weigh in date to Wednesday so that I can workout ALL week long and take mon and tues as rest days so that wednesday I have a solid reading of my efforts.

i weigh myself fist thing every morning, it gets me motivated for eating healthy during the day :)

It's not the day of the week that matters, but the time of day you check in. In the am after you wake up, but before you work out or have breakfast is the best time. You'll have gone at least 7hrs since you last eat and your body will have fully digested any food in your stomach.
