Ways to burn off all that i ate...?!


Question: I have been eating so much lately and have done exercise but would like to know what else can help burn extra calories?

Exercise seems like the best and most healthy way. walk up and down the stairs. Drink more water.

Three healthy meals (Fish, vegetables, fruits) everyday with good aerobic excersis (meaning more than 30 min duration). 4 cups/ 32 ounces or more of water. AOX(anti-oxident teas) and by the way shop at a health food store the FDA bumps the food you buy at your store with so much hormones and unessecary lipids that if you really knew you would be extremely disgusted. thank you for your time.
