Weight training? gaining mass or defining?!
Question: What ways should I lift if I wanted to gain defination in my muscles? would I do smaller weights and lots of reps? if so, whats the appropriate amount?

smaller weights and more reps. i recommend being able to do about 12-15 reps per set...hope that helps
