Good exercises?!
Question: I want to have abbs and tight buns by summer, what excercises can I do to achive this? I will try to work out everynight, I just don't know what to do!

for abs--crunches (reg and reverse--where you bring your butt off the floor and bring your knees over your ribs) also the side crunches--bend knees and with shoulder blades off the floor slide and reach for your shoes then with knees still bent sit up and reach for opposite knee with elbow (right elbow to left knee, etc)
for buns- squats, lunges then get in all fours and do leg lifts pushing your heel to the ceiling.
I have a toning DVD and these are what I do daily. They have beginner toning DVD's mine is each body part only takes 10 minutes
