Exersize plan help?!
Question: ok, so im going on a cruise in about 7 weeks
i go to the gym everyday but friday (fun friday!) i do water arobics and yoga but i know im missing something in my plan.
sholud i walk on the tredmill? or what?
i need to burn fat in my legs and tummy area.
can you help me with my plan so i can look good on my vacation?

if you are working out in a gym, DAY 1: try picking out 4 cardio machines and do 10-15mins on each going from one machine to the other with little to know rest in between. DAY 2: try a step class. DAY 3: use the same 4 machines from day 1, but in reverse and increase the intensity. DAY 4: take a yoga class. DAY 5: walk on the tredmill at an incline of at least 7 (or higher if you can tough it out). walk the same amount of time as if you were doing the 4 machine circuit. when fun friday comes around: GET YO' PARTY ON!
