Will this workout be effective???!
Question: 10 burpies
10 pushups
40 flutter kicks
25 circle crunches in each direction
10 burpies
30 penguin situps
2x 30 second plank
2x 20 supermans
30 frog situps
2x 20 side leg raises
30 squats
20 oblique crunches
50 crunches
5-6 Days a week
And add 25 jumping jack in between each excercise... and gradally increasing reps
I'm hoping to lose about 15 pounds ( I'm also running too) and get toned... any suggestions? (In 4 months??)

For a girl/woman all that everyday is quite good. You should have no problem in losing weight.

yea thats a great workout! but just remember not to overtrain or push yourself too hard, and get plenty of rest. you only lose fat and build muscle by letting your body rest and repair after a workout :) good luck
hell yea that'll work...but the real ? is is are you actually going to do that every single day...
