Ya, that sounds about right. I drink more then that, but that should be the min.
Depends on how much you weigh and how much you exercise really. I think eight8 oz glass is the minimum though.
If you want to lose weight you gotta drink around 2-3 Litres I believe (like three aquafina 1L bottles or something)
