Am I challenging myself enough?!
Question: I have been walking for the past couple months. EVERY OTHER DAY I would walk 3.5 mph for 2 miles. I have hit a plateau and trying to beat it without running. Now I am around 3.5 to 4.0 mph walking for 4 miles EVERY DAY, and I am starting jump rope. I hit a this plateau, and wondering if this sounds like a good challenge to by body to break this plateau? How long does it normally take to by pass a plateau?

To pass a plateau you should change up your workouts. Try running or something. It doesn't have to be much. But there is eventually it will get hard to walk faster. You can't walk at 10 mph. So try running or jogging.
