How many calories do i need?!
Question: Hello. I am 22 and weigh 176 lbs. i'm working out 6 days a week, alternating weight training mixed with cardio and then cardio. I'm seeing improvements in all areas and have dropped a couple pounds in the last week or so. the only thing is, i'm starting to get hungry more often. How many calories should i eat? 2000? 2500? what about protein? Is 65 g enough? Thank you.

You should calculate your (BMR Basal Metabolic Rate)
So say you BMR is 1400 then you times it by your activity level
So....
4- Insane workout
3-Trainer
2- Work out about 30 mins a day
1- Work at a desk all day
Say your a 3
So you x Your BMR (1400) by 1.3 = 1700
To maintain a your current weight you eat 1700 calories a day.
To lose weight you eat less about 1200-1400
To gain weight (or muscle mass) you would eat about 2000+
