Upper, Middle, or Lower Chest?!
Question: Which should I work out the most for a perkier, firmer chest?
Answers: Which should I work out the most for a perkier, firmer chest?
I find that working my upper chest gives me that firmness in my chest more so than working middle and lower pectorals.
Also, here's something to consider- As you age, your pecs will naturally sag. If you work your lower chest too much, your chest will be very unsightly - you will appear to have saggy boobs.
all is the best....if you do only one it wont look right...........kinda like the guys that workout there upper body and arms .................then you look at there legs and they look like chicken legs because they dont work out there legs
To proportion you body correctly do
The whole chest
Go running - 4-5 miles every day
Push weights - 20lbs plus your body weight
When you want to do it .... do it Right :)
Have fun :)
