I would think it would be best to ask a physiotherapist about what you can do

Do not do a exercise if it's painful from the last time or a hour
That's some serious problem you have I have been told massage's are also good
I have one every 6-7 weeks as it takes away the stiffness I have osteoarthritis plus a few spine crushes
