What's a good cardio exercise to do when my legs are sore?!


Question: My legs are so sore from dance and running...but I still need to do a cardio workout tomorrow. What's something I can do that will go easy on my legs?

best to leave it until the pain is gone before you do anymore work outs, no matter how strenous it may be.
If your muscles are tight it wont be of any benefit for you to do any excercise and may cause injury.
Most gym instructors suggest working out every second day only for this very reason- to let the muscles relax in between work outs, it wont affect your fitness levels, it will improve it if anything.
if it is already the second day after your dancing and running then a good speed walk should be enough

Swimming is really good, and will not strain your legs
