Can I still lose weight? (details inside)?!


Question: Eat cerial for breakfast. Like Corn flakes or something. Stop drinking soda (which I havent touched in about 2 weeks.) Stop eating junk food like candy bars and stop snacking between meals. Snack on something like a banana or apple. At meal time, I would not eat until I was full, only until I was satisfied. After dinner, I wouldn't eat at all. I would drink 5-6 bottles of water a day. Walk an hour after breakfast, and an hour in the evening. Maybe after dinner? Or before? Which one is the best?

My brother has done this and lost 30 pounds. He just kept walking everyday. He would go walk and come back 2 or 3 hours later. Just walking around the neighborhood.

Im 16 and weigh 2261 pounds. He used to weight 250 pounds and hes down to 239. It took him about 3-4 months.

that sounds pretty good but make sure you are eating below 1400 calories a day and burn about 200 exercising because if you don t you probably wont lose that much

YOU WEIGH 2261 POUNDS?!?!?!?! omg. are you a sumo or something....that's crazy. you could lose weight by walking everyday. walk AFTER dinner. so all the fat you ate wont make you gain weight. good luck!
