Weight loss for a teenage girl at school and with a horse?!


Question: hi im 15, 167cm tall and i weigh 73kg's ive gained about 15 in the past year from binging and being a lazy bum lol-i blame it on school hahaha

i want to get back to or atleast close to my normal figure again!
any tips that helped you, i know burn more than you eat and i'm pretty smart when it comes to health and weightloss info cause i used to love reading about it.

i need to know some fun exercises i can do that i will want to do in the afternoon after school. also i ride my horse on the weekend got any exercises to help with that aswell?
i used to run with my friend every afternoon for about 1 1/2 hourse but i lost my fizz for it so please dont mention that i know it really helps but im so bored with it now.

Just play any games like shuttle or even play with kids, pets. They'll make u happy and even u have some physical work by wondering here and there

hey! when i was 15 (im 17 now) i weighed 240, i was 5'8". now at 17 i weigh anywhere between 175 and 180. all i did was this. i just stopped eating flour and sugar. that is what my doctor told me to do. a little excersise 3 times a week, but htis diet is what did it. no flour no sugar, all the meat, cheese, fruit, vegies and fish you want. i lost 40 pounds in about 2 months, and then 20 pounds a few months later. hope you have the same luck!!!!

ya when i was 15 i gained alot of weight too lol being lazy all summer long... hehe and i've had that weight for years until i
became a vegetarian and within 2 weeks i lost 10 lbs... i swear... it was very suprising.

but I'm not telling you to stop eating meat lol
that was just because meat made my stomach hurt and made me feel sick

but after i lost that weght i still had cravings for sweets.. so i ate my weight in deserts.. lol ya so i gained all that weight back

i was reading amish diets and i did a thing called the "body clense"

it cleanses out everything bad in your body, all the bad fat, and stuff stuck in you intestins. it rids your body of ALL cravings! i don't crave any sweets!

during this diet you can't eat any food or it won't clean out your system properly. i only did it for 5 days and i lost so much weight. but your supposed to do it for 10-14 days.

here are the ingredients:

1/2 a lemon (squeeze and use the lemon juice)
2 table spoons of ORGANIC maple syrup (less for more weight loss)
and then lastly
2 dashes of Cayenne pepper

mis it all together with 8 ounces of water and drink 6-15 cups a day. everytime your hungry drink your "lemonade"

make sense?

now the most important thing about this diet is coming off of the diet!

to come off the diet, instead of drinking the lemon mix, drink a glass or pure (freshly squeezed orange juice) drink that for about 2 or 3 days.. then start eating broths.. and soups for about 3 days.. THEN move on to RAW RAW RAW vegetables...

since your IN school try this during spring break, i didn't go the full 10 days because my parents were worried i was loosing too much weight lol

it really works! oh and stay away from white flowers, white bread, lots of sugars and things like tha that makes you gains weight and it clogs your stomach

now to keep your weight off.. only eat healthy and pure foods! anything fast food, or "junk food" will just clog you right back up!
