I need to know how to lose weight asap?!

it's really simple.. you just have to burn more calories than you are consuming.. the problem is that if you lose more than a pound a week, you are at risk of harming your health.. healthy weight loss is never rapid weight loss.. you need to have patience.. if you try to lose weight too fast, your bones could deteriorate and you could be at risk for all sorts of other health problems.. take it slow, but be consistent.. don't give up!

You need to post a little more info.....If it is just weight loss because it is Valentine's Day you should drink alot of water....avoid sodas, gassy foods, and sodium...today...that will help with bloating. If that is not good you can always get a body wrap done....it will help you skin glow, it gets the toxins and extra water off of your body....not to mention that, that kind of treatment makes you feel special and better about yourself.....Otherwise there is no quick HEALTHY WAY to weightloss, eating right, and exercising are the best....There are alot of diets out there....but i think the best thing for people is the Body For Life Book....because being and staying healthy is a change of life experience.

Eat 3 square meals a day and do lots of exercise. Forget the car, walk everywhere!!

Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit...and don't think about your weight.
