Is it normal to experience bone/joint pain during weight loss?!

Question: I started my diet last week, ad am doing very well. Healthy eating, drinking lots of water and walking as much as possible. But in the last few days my hips and back have started to hurt, pretty badly. It keeps me up at night. Is that normal? I have never been this heavy so I dont know.. Thanks in advance.

It was pretty normal for me, especially if you have been exercising more. If you haven't started yet, take a vitamin supplement. Try not to overwork yourself, too. Make sure you are keeping track of calories-too LITTLE(under 1300) and you can actually gain more weight.

I don't think so. I'd go get checked out for a vitamin D deficiency. It's called Rickets.

Your probably sore because your not use to it. Advil

In the beginning sometimes body parts hurt after vigorous exercise. It shouldn't continue or it will be a problem. If it the problem continues then change your exercise or routine.

HI, Red! I've also been dieting (found a website called sparkpeople.com...best thing EVER), and if you've been more active than usual it could just be that your body hasn't adjusted to the routine. Take a few days to rest, then ease your way back into the cardio. Good for you, that you're making healthy choices! Also, try getting a good pair of walking shoes. That can help your back tremendously!
