Help with my diet?!


Question: I am 5ft 10 and I am 18st 4lbs, I went to get down to 15st any ideas, I had a car crash a few years ago and I try to walk about 2 miles a day, I want to be fitter, any web sites to eat better and look better cheers Terry

Try eating 50-60% complex carbohydrates, 20-30%protein and 20% fat, you are going to need to do more than 2 mile a day walking but I don not know how limited you are hun after your crash so cant really help unless I have more details

I lost 12 pounds these past 2 weeks doing this but eventually will only be losing 2 pounds a week. To me 8 pounds a month is nice and you're not KILLING yourself to do it. I eat EVERYTHING I want... just with portion control.
