Muscle weighs more than fat so you could lose fat and gain weight. When I started martial arts I gained weight but lost an inch around my waist in the first two months. More important than a number on a scale is how you feel. And of course we all like to look good in tight jeans! lol
First of all fat dose not turn into muscle. What is probably happening is u r burning off fat but putting weight back on in muscle. For every pound of fat muscle appox weights 2.5lbs more. Remember though, muscle is more dence so it takes up less room. So go by how ur clothes are fitting not the scale.
Are you doing any cardio? Maybe that's why
whoa! don't work out too much cuz instead of getting pretty skinny you'll look like a man, and that is not good at all if you are a woman. instead you should try not eating alot.
