Meal replacements?!
Question: I am in recovery for a ED or trying to recover. Is a meal replacement shake a good way to get back on track, I was thinking of having one for breakfast and lunch then a little dinner nothing big.!

Meal replacements work if can't eat or if you want to add more supplements to your diet. If you have one for breakfast and one for lunch, then dinner, you're going to lose weight. Take multivitamins. When your body is recovering, take one in the morning and another one before you go to bed.
I drink Ensure as a meal replacement but only once a day every now and then. I add protein powder to pancakes in the morning and take two vitamins when I go to bed. I can tell a difference because my hair stopped falling out.
