That depends on the diet your body needs...most people avoid carbs and trans fats...I need carbs because I have low sugar level problems. The best advice I can give you is to eat small meals or high protein snacks every 2-3 hours everyday, which will keep your metabolism up and exercise while you diet. Avoid junk food. My family alternates eating chicken and fish every night along with a vegetable and roll or biscuit. It works well.
