A regular weight training regime would be every other day. If you go to the gym and use machines, 15 -25 times is about right at the right weight for you. To know the right weight for you please get advice from an instructor

about 4 days a week, but do upper body one day and lower body the next to give time for your muscles to recover. It's also good to do some cardiovascular work too.
three times a week will do fine, you must give the muscles 24 hours o relax so monday, upper, tuesday cardio,wed, lowers, thu cardio, friday upper, saturday cardio, sunday run, walk take it easy.
lift weight 4 times a week. and 3 days cardio and Abs.
I kind of tend to lift light weights every day... I don't think you're supposed to do that though, but I do because they're lighter and I think I might start to be addicted since I think my arms are jiggly when I have 16% body fat!
