*Sandwich (a personal favorite)
*Apple
*Smoothie
*Celery with peanut butter or cream cheese
*Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
**things like that. yummm now im hungry! gunna have a sandwich!
Water.
And if that doesn't help then find something light.
Something less than 100 calories and you should be fine.

Celery and cream cheese or celery and peanut butter if you have natural peanut butter, if not you can make some by putting dry roasted peanuts in a food processor and process 2-4 minutes until smooth, then ad about 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 c raw honey. Yum very high in protien and good for you.
You should stay away from white bread or anything with bleached flour such as crackers, whole wheat is fine.
I buy plain yogart and ad honey and frozen strawberries and use a hand mixer to make my smoothies .. the best!
