How long will i have to jog till i'm in better shape?!
Question: i'm a little out of shape but if i start jogging about two miles every night from now how long till i'll probably be faster and in better shape n loose a little body fat (i'm not fat tho)

losing bodyfat wil depend on your diet, and whether you are eating junk or healthily etc.
About the faster and better shape that will have already started to happen. Depending on how hard you are pushing yourself when you are running your vo2 max will increase. This is basically you getting fitter. If you are at 2 miles at the moment then the differences should be noticeable, record where you are at the moment and then test yourself once a week say to see if your distance/time has improved
It all depends on what you eat, your genes and how you run, i.e. a a slow pace or at a fast pace. I would recommend alternating the speed while running as it'll help you burn more calories
