What exercises should someone do to lose weight?!
Question: i really want to lose about 20 lbs for a friends party that coming up and was wondering how to lose that weight.
i don't want to lose it fast, i want to lose it healthily. about 2/3 lbs each week.
what exercises are good to lose weight?
how long to do exercises for each day?
how to stay motivated?

Do cardio for at least 30 minutes, 5-6 days a week. Try to pick a workout that's fun to you - swimming, running, a sport you like, even powerwalking. Work out with a friend so you motivate each other. And remember to eat healthfully too! Eating a lot of sugar adds fat quickly. Balance out carbs with protein at every meal to lose weight.
1. everyday walk at least a mile or so
2. drink plenty of water
3. avoid, avoid,avoid, sweets, fats, oils, and especially red meat
4. eat nuts, fruit, brown rice,
5. keep yourself motivated with a special treat at the end of the month or so like a bowling trip or something
