I need help, again?!


Question: i find myself eating because i WANT to eat, and i cant stop myself, like really i cant

and then when im full, i still want to eat, so i like benge eat, its horrible,

i am not the most social person, i go out with friends maybe... once every 3 weekends ( im 14 and have school all week) and so i cant really just go out for fun all by myself

help... i want this to stop

sounds like a mental issue. I suggest you see a pshytrist. I was like that when I was 14.i saught help then began working out.Start out slow like taking stairs, then go to the YMCA maybe go swimming. Before you eat when you are full ask yourself why do I want this? Call a friend kinda like what alcholics do before they drink in a moment of weakness. You can do whatever you want dont use the word cant bc then you wil start using that and otehr things as an excuse and you will never know what you can do bc you are in a habit. I am a personal trainer. I know whats its like I was 80LBS overweight at 14, aneroxic at 16, and on and off, then healthy and a trainer and learning on how to be a dietian. I credit my parents taking me to a dr. Good luck sweety

Hey, I'm 13 and I'm over 100lbs so you're not alone. It's okay if you eat all the time, just make sure to eat slow instead of just stuffing your self. I read something a few days ago and it says each bite you take, should take about 30 seconds. You should also exercise once in a while(you can do at least 20 sit-ups and 5 push ups each day.)->I sometimes do this..Not all the time.
If you really, really want to stop this, try making a goal for yourself.
-Eat three times a day
.Breakfast,lunch,dinner
-If your still hungry you should change what you eat.
Like, you can eat vegetables and fruits more often as snacks or a full mean(like salad).Since I really hate vegetables I eat fruit.-> Pineapple,peaches,strawberries,apples,or...
And you can ask your parents for something at the store. Like Chicken Caesar Salad(What my brother and I always get)
Chef's Salad,etc...
