Turbo Jam, does it work?!

Im 14.
5'3"
i weight about 132. and would like to lose like 20 lbs...

im not overweight at all.

id like to lose 20lbs or more before may.
is it possible?

im really hyper so i know id put alot of effort into it.

but im asking does turbo jam really work?
and how many days/weeks would it take me to lose about 15 lbs if i do it 6 or 7 days a week for an hr ?

If you're not used to cardio...it will beat your a***...yes it works. The key is don't give up just because it's a little hard to do...stick with it. Don't get on a scale every day, watch your diet, drink lots of water....and not because you may be sweating, because your body needs it....Don't over due it.....doing double the work won't help much....With proper diet and only working it 5 days a week,(you need some rest days to recover) you can loose at least 3lbs a week, maybe a little more if the diet is really good...
Starting is easy......staying with it to see results isn't ....don't give up on it....change takes a little while....

I have lost 45 pounds with aerobic videos and a healthy diet. I am 5'9, weigh 155lbs, and I do a video 5-6 days a week, for 40min-1hr.
If you have a lot of energy and like music, you'll find aerobic videos to be A LOT of fun.
I recently got turbo jam, I like it.
No one here can tell you if or when you will lose the 20lbs. It depends on you, sticking with exercise, eating healthy, and your metabolism.
At the very least, you'll have fun and improve your cardiovascular fitness!

Turbo jam works!!! I actually know someone that is using this for her cardio and she has lost almost 50lbs!!!

You really should only lose 2lbs a week for a healthy weight lose.
