I had just broken up with my girlfriend. It was the "end of a horrible relationship" diet. I don't recommend it. Couldn't eat. It was all I could keep down. Lost 45 pounds. I don't recommend it.
I'm a dancer in high school, and ever since I entered high school, my weight has fluctuated severely. The summer before freshman year I weighed in at 132lbs. The next year, my friends started to drive and we always ate out and I didn't realize what I was doing to myself. About a year later, I weighed at least 170. I remember my high was 178. It finally hit me that I had to take control or else I'd be 200lbs before I knew it.. I started watching what I was eating and started doing exercise besides dancing and got down to about 165 last summer. Now I'm at 157, and slowly but surely getting back to where I belong! It's hard, but definitely worth it in the end.
