A quick healthy way to loose weight, any tips or techniques?!
Question: i know the usual, excersize and dont eat any fatty foods but i have heard some rumours about excersising after eating a meal makes it come off quicker and things like that, is this true and do you have any other ways of loosing weight quicker. i have tried loosing weight many times before but i have failed but this time i am really determinded because i am going to do this for my gf. xD

I love 2 things that I do. One is P90X dvd home boot camp workout from Beach Body. The other is a motivational fitness package from Independent Achievement Productions. I hear you on the gym, I saved money, plus I could work out while the kids are asleep. I use the motivational downloads and cds when I go to sleep.
yes it is true but you have to be continuously doing it and can't expect to lose the weight in a week its an ongoing process
eat less exercise more
there is no other way to lose weight then sport get a move on!!! i recomend just going on a walk every evening dont just walk run do some work on your belly chest arms and legs in diffrent ways
