Energy crash?!
Question: When people have large amounts of sugar and caffiene, they crash. Why don't they just take more sugar and caffiene a few hours later so they don't crash and they keep their energy levels up. Then, they'll be tired when it's time to sleep and they can go to sleep easier and do the same thing again the next day.

They can't because the more sugar you ingest, the more insulin that is produced in your body to lower to hyperglycemia!
