How do you work out with out a bench?!
Question: I am a 16, almost 17 year old guy wondering how i can work out without a free standing weight bench? I weigh about 142 lb's and am about 6 ft. I already run (track and run cross country) so, I know i am in shape. But that doens't change my musclular complection. The only thing is, I do not have access to a gym and do not have a weight bench, but i do have a chin-up bar on my door. Any suggestions for how to get buff without using a bench or dumbells since i don't have those? I am willing to do pushups and so on, but how should i go about this? And what exactly should I do? Thanks!

To get buffer and stronger you should train for strrength, which means you'll need access to heavy weights. Since you dont have a gym, you'll have to be more creative than that.
Perhaps you can add weight to your pushups and chinups/pullups. Also hold some kind of weight on your shoulders as you do squats.
For example you can put some weight in a backpack and wear that while you do pushups and pullups. Dont forget the other exercises like deadlifts, overhead press, bent over rows. Its conveniant to have barbells to do these, but its not impossible to do without.
