Yeah you LOSE it. Can't loose it. If you regularly work out, and stop for 1 month straight, you lose 17% of your strength.
not the muscle but the strength, and proper diet will help you maintain some but unproper diet will get those muscles covered up in fat
It depends on what you mean by "loose" muscle.
If your referring to "muscle" as "mass" and "strength", then yes, you can.
If your asking if it's possible to have muscle "disappear" from your body (unless it's through surgery or an accident), then no. That is impossible.
