Yes this is a typical problem for a lot of people. Unfortunately, the major cause of your height is your genes. Environmental factors do play a role, but what you get from your parents is what defines you.

At 19, your ending your growth stage so what i suggest you do is stop any REALLY heavy weight training (especially lifting vertically). Some people think this is a myth and doesn't stunt your growth, but i think its best to be safe.

Also, eat as much food until it fills you, as long as it healthy, and is burnt off by regular exercise. But ensure you maintain a regular eating pattern (minimal snacking). Try to maintain a sleep pattern (as you do most of you growing while you sleep), and sleep at least 8 hours a night. Do light weight training that emphasises on targeting the areas that are 'chubby'.These steps will help you reduce the weight in those chubby areas, improving your body shape which gives you a more tall, sleek and slim appearance. So you can look good, feel good, and look as tall as possible at the same time.

Drink water instead of snacking and eating because your bored and eat lots of vegetables? I don't know I guess you've got to be patient!

Height is determined by genes...sorry bro

Have you wormed yourself out lately, it's a fact of life and everyones got them, it might be that you are feeding a lot of parasites and missing out yourself. Go and talk to a chemist or a doctor, it's not a big deal. Cheers
