I work out every day i gained muscle but my arms didnt change.?!
Question: i work out every day after school and my arms are still thin but when i flex i get a muscle and my arm gets realy thick and the muscle is hard as a rock but when i stop my arm gets so thin it looks like there is no muscle but i can lift a lot. i work my chest and i get good sized muscles there that shows and i got a 6 pack at 15 and i hardly work my abs at all my mom says its my bodie type that my arms look so thin. she also says i just have natural abs.

Well it sounds like your mom is right. A persons body type can determine how muscle is shown. It all depens on your genetics. Or it will take time for it to show you as grow.
