If i get on the treadmill for 1 hour a day......?!


Question: I have been getting on the treadmill for an hour a day and i burn like almost 400 calories everytime i get on but if i keep doing this will just my legs get thin and the rest of me stay fat???

I have a lot of baby weight im trying to get rid of by the end on may...so far all i do is lift 10lb weights and walk i do sit ups maybe 4 times a week i do 100 when i do do them...

i dont want the bottom of me to get thin and the top of me stay big....

please help me!!

running works out your whole body, that's why its so great!

But if you want to lose mainley belly fat I recommend more crunches

You will lose weight all over (as long as you watch what you eat too).

You will not be skinny just top and not bottom. Have you ever seen marathon runners fat on top but skinny legs because they run 26+ miles?

You are doing just fine. Above the waist exercises are good to have a toned look..
