How much weight shoudl I be able to lift.?!

Obviously a fat person wouldn't be able to lift their own weight.

your should be able to bench your body weight
your own body weight.
At least 3/4 your body weight.
True strength is not the ability to lift heavy dumbells or barbells but to be able to lift your own body weight.
