you will lose weight if you dont eat
heres the thing....you will loose weight if you dont eat, but while your not eating, your body is eating your muscles so when you do eat, all of the muscles you have are just gong to become fat. Once you start eating normally, you will gain the weight back.
So heres the take home message:either dont eat forever, or eat at least 4 mini meals a day to loose weight
