Running burns fat the fastest. If you run everyday, or even every other day, in just a few weeks you will look like a pole. Drink lots of water, and eat a vegetarian diet, including pastas and breads. I would eat fish though.

you can buy a sweat suit and run on a treadmill for your whole body or you can just wrap your stomach so you sweat more around your stomach when you work out
you can not pick a target area to lose fat, or do it quickly. you have to decrease your bodyfat as a whole and your waist will get smaller. eat 6 small meals a day, maintain a reasonable caloric deficit, and exercise. just make a commitment to it, and it will happen
Try a cleanse. The fact is, your body will hold onto extra fat (especially the love handles) because that fat is harboring pollutants and impurities that you're exposed to daily. Unless you do a cleanse, your body will NOT drop that fat -- because the fat is keeping those toxins from degrading your organs, etc.
I've tried several different cleanses, but the best one I've found is Isagenix. It cleanses your body, but doesn't strip your cells of nutrients, etc. It is a nutritional cleanse, meaning it is loading your body with nutrition as it cleanses -- this increases your body's ability to burn fat and perform as needed.

Hill Sprints help shed fat quickly, when you get up in the morning inhale as much as possible, on the exhale flex the abs and make an "sss" sound. This is more then an ab exercise it strengthens the entire core and strengthens the organs. Strong organs= healthy body internally. Do this ten-20 times a day (reps that is).
