pineapple, fresh, 1 cup: 76 calories, .7 grams fat

also, generally speaking, tropical fruits (like mangos, papayas, and avocados) tend to be a bit larger and higher-cal, though not always.

banana? its about 92 cals or something..

A medium apple is about 80 calories.

Almost all fruit in the right quantity is 100 calories or less, grapefruit, apple, necterine, peaches, 1 cup of grapes, look on caloriecounter.com

Blueberries, raw 1-1/4 cups 102
Grapes, raw, NS as to type 28 seedless grapes 99

Most any fruit that is about the size of your fist.

There is a book that is called "The Eat-Clean Diet" by Tosca Reno. It teaches you how to ramp up your metabolism by making healthy changes to your diet.

grapes are great because their about 58 calories a small bunch, any fruit is great in the morning oranges are great even a smoothie is great for dieting and weight loss as a breakfast starter .a whole grain cereal is your best option as it really quick starts your metabolism.

I know that apples can range from 30 to 100, depending on their size. Clementine are about 20 calories. Banana is 80-100, depending on size. One cup of grapes is about 70 calories. About 50 in a cup of strawberries. Blueberries are about 80 calories a cup.

I don't think there IS a fruit out there that would be over a hundred calories, except avocado... Not to mention the fact that the calories do not come from fat, so it would be impossible to gain weight off a fruit heavy diet, unless the only other thing you are eating is processed hamburgers (for example)

the more fruit you are eating throughout the day, the better for your diet, I wouldn't even count their calories into your factoring.

apple, plums. a bannana has 200 calories!

an orange, a medium-small apple, a peach, about 10 strawberries, bananas are just over 100 calories so maybe you could eat one of the small ones for under 100 calories, but yeah there are alot of fruits that are under 100 calories.

1 medium Pear 98
1 medium Apple (with skin) 81
1 medium Orange 59
1 medium Peach or Nectarine 40
1/2 medium Grapefruit 37
1 medium Plum 36
1 cup Blueberries 82
1 cup Cantaloupe or Honeydew 57
1 cup Watermelon 50
1 cup Strawberries 45
3 apricots 51
1 cup Raspberries 61

As you can see in the previous answers a lot of fruits are, but you can avoid the sugar in bananas and tropical fruits... it gives you a lot of energy though.
