Gradually eating more: Am I doing it right?!
Question: I really don't eat enough so I am going to add 100 calories a week to my diet. Usually I would eat
Breakfast: Cereal, skim milk, sometimes blueberries in it
Lunch: Yogurt
Dinner: Sandwich on pita bread or soup
So this is my new plan:
Week 1: Apple for a snack when I come home from school
Week 2: Baby carrots with my yogurt
What else should I add? I am stuck for ideas. And do you think this will help me maintain my weight ( I realize I will put on a few pounds first)
I already take a vitamin supplement.

You need to have a bigger lunch and more snacks in between meals. Also make sure you have balanced meals with a variety of nutrients. And don't forget water, make sure you drink enough throughout the day. Sounds like you hardly eat anything at all!
Whats your total calorie intake for a day. You don't have to gradually add calories, you start with certain amount and keep at that depends on age and active or not.
