Tone, tight, flat abs on females are very sexy...I commend your effort. A good combo of excercise (sounds like you've already got a good start here), proper nutrition, and effective supplements should help you burn the fat and get the abs you want.
Different people hold fat in different places and that last little bit of fat is usually the hardest to lose. There isn't any definitive way to 'spot' reduce body fat but here are some things I have found useful:
- excercise: resistance training mixed with cardio. Wake up early and do your cardio in the morning (will help your metabolism esp. on an empty stomach). Do your lifting/resistance training in the evenings). The more muscle you build the more fat it will burn. You can do abs every day. Use the ab balls as much as possible (they work your core in every exercise). Short on time...just mix it up from day to day.
- Improve your nutrition to only eat low fat protein (chicken, etc.) and veggies (i.e. broccoli). Mix a little fruit in there for soem sweetness.
- Start taking a thermogenic fat burner (will burn fat faster when your body temp rises - i.e. working out), ripped fuel, or hydroxycut hardcore before your workouts.
have fun...and don't worry too much

Also you can mix up your workout - don't just do aerobic classes all the time
- do sprints (outside if you can). Instead of just jogging - spring for ~100m, then jog back. These are called 'repeats' start off with 8 sets of repeats and work your way up (distance and/or number). Do 1-2 time/wk to mix up your cardio.
- play high speed sports (soccer, basketball, speed skating, even dancing - as long as its fast moving and non-stop).
- Oblique exercises (twisting). Do a lot of these using the ab ball: sit on the ball hold a 10 lb weight and walk your feet forward. 'Lay down' and with the weigh above you twist to one side-up-pause-twist to the other side. Ensure you're using your obliques to do the work.

Drink a lot of water, no soda. With all the exersize you'll deff see a difference, just have patience.

Well doing crunches or any other ab exercise isn't going to make your stomach any flatter...it will just build muscle but do very little to eliminate the fat there. Focus more on the aerobics and maybe add some more cardio like running for 45-60 minutes, be it outdoors or on a treadmill or elliptical trainer. And that's only half of it, the other half is a proper diet so keep the calories down and the food quality high, and you should see good results in about 4-6 weeks.

That is totally different with everybody. It could take you a month or it could take you 6 monthes it all depends on you metabolism and how you body works. Just dont give up if you dont see anything right away all that hard work will pay off for you.

atleast 2 months if yu eat healthyy
:)
never eat a second helping. i wud suggest planking then holding a plank for 30 seconds. it really helps.
and push ups.

my dear, cardio is what is needed.
aerobics will help flatten your mid section, with the added cardio.
my suggestion would be jogging.
you need to burn the calories to lose the fat.

it may take a little while. if you workout often then not as long as it will take for others to. it's said that the healthy way to loose weight is just one pound a week. so it will either take you fifteen weeks or if you're working out a lot then maybe half to 3/4 of that time.

make sure you are doing them properly. have heard that doing them wrong can make you're stomach worse than before u started doing crunches. U should do an overall workout too. If u want to spend money they make those belts called slendertone. Hope you see results!! Good luck!!

90% of every workout is diet, cut down on the sat fat intake to 0%, unsat to 20% (a day), and keep working out, drink 64oz of water a day (min) .Depends on what your body fat content is, may take 4 wks.. 2lbs a week loss is a good loss, try not to over lose more than that, might be looking at 7-8 wks.

Take a picture of yourself in something that shows your stomach. Keep doing what you are doing for 1 month, and then take another picture in the same outfit and pose.

You will see a positive difference, and it will probably inspire you to keep going.

Best of luck to you.
