A Question about Cardio?!


Question: I recently began doing the Turbo Jam workouts. Since I am a smoker, it's hard to keep up for the full 45 minutes of the Cardio Party Mix DVD, so I decided to break up the routine. Is the cardio workout still effective if I do 20 minutes in the morning and the other 25 minutes later in the day for now? Will I still see results?

yes, because to really burn calories, you need to get your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 20 mintues, so it sounds like your going to be doing that for double, so yes you should, but its not all excercise, you will get more toned, but if you want to be really healthy and fit youhave to have a healthy diet as well.

Hells ya! That will work, I will say cardio based things don't grow if you stunt them with smoking. But I'm not the one to judge. This work out sounds good, your still burning the same amount of calories, but like said above toning will happen more than anything else.. :D have a good time.
