I know exactly how you feel!!!! So how good are you at curbing your eating? If you are pretty good just get a regular hamburger or just the fries. I don't ever tell myself NO, I just limit the amount. Then next week walk an extra mile or so. You can eat a little then go through the drive through, get yourself your one item and then just sit and savor it slowly.

So get a more healthy option, like a Wendy's ultimate chicken grille and 1/2 small chili. It is good and will fill you up on fewer calories than a big mac, without the dissatisfaction of ANOTHER salad.

Go somewhere else where you can get perhaps a salad with grilled chicken, fruit, & some water. That will be more healthy than what you are eating now.

get those that have veggies in 'em

Just drink lots of water. Sometimes that helps curb a craving for me. Also going outside for a walk or doing housework helps. (or any hobby you like)

Don't give in. McDonald's is PURE PURE PURE evil I tell you. It was a previous fast food favorite of mine. Now I just visualize the death of my heart from all that grease. Its gross now. Yuck.

What exactly is your body screaming for from McDonalds? Your body doesn't know the difference between a McDonald's burger and a pile of protein and fat. Keep that in mind.

So, if your body is screaming "FRENCH FRIES!!!" what it's really saying is "Hey, get me some starches (sugars) and salts in here!" Try having an apple and see if that craving goes away in the next hour.

If your body is screaming "BIG MAC! I WANT A BIG MAC RIGHT FREAKING NOW!!!" It's actually saying "Yo, I need some protein and some carbs, stat!" Try something like a Subway roast beef sandwich on wheat (or even better, go to the deli, buy some sliced beef and make your own!).

If your body is screaming "CHOCOLATE! ME WANTY CHOCOLATE!" It's saying "Hey. You. Sugar me. Now." Go ahead and have a small piece of dark chocolate. Don't do this all the time, but you can do it every once and again. Alternatively, you can sublimate your sugar cravings with fruit.

I can't imagine your body ever craving alcohol, seeing how your body sees it as a poison. However, if you want to have a glass of wine or two with dinner, that never killed anybody. Look at the French, they enjoy a lot of wines and they don't have an obesity problem like we do here in America. I highly doubt wine is the worst culprit when it comes to weight loss. I enjoy a glass to help me sleep a few times a week. Cheers!

Distract yourself with a healthier but just as yummy alternative. Eat an apple. Or scramble eggs with melted cheddar cheese on top. Toasted bread with honey, or peanut butter. A baked potato with butter. Treat yourself to a little bit of chocolate, but not too much. Just eat junk food in moderation. Cut your normal portion in half.

Have you ever seen "Super-Size Me"? After seeing that, no matter how badly you want it, you'll never go there again. As an experiment, one of my professors bought fries from there and kept them for a year and a half. They still look as though they were bought yesterday. No mold, nothing. That means their food is chemically altered. Imagine what that's really doing inside a person who eats it. ICK.

if you want McDonalds which i dont recommend there are healthy options at McDonalds like grilled chicken wraps. now i would say go to Subway instead but there are healthy choices at Mickey D's

Think about it...what do you want your hips and thighs to look like in 20 weeks. The same? Or a little smaller? What do you want to be able to fit into?

What would you have to do 20 weeks prior to facilitate that?

Every time you say no to McDonalds you are saying yes to being thinner.

Give your head a little more support in the argument. Watch Super Size Me - a movie filmed by a 33 year old that ate nothing but McDonald's for 30 days and had his health go in the toilet.

My 13 year old watched it and he is now aware of what he puts in his mouth.

Good luck and good health!
