How to do a squat?!
Question: ok this may sound dumb, but i want to know how to a proper squat, so i can see results.
also, how to do a proper lunge.

first of all keep the back straight(you can more effectively do this by staring at inanimate object at eye level like a clock). get into a stance with your legs set comfortably apart then just bend your legs while keeping the back straight and go backup still holding the back straight and remember to keep staring at the clock so your back will be straight.- THE SQUAT
Now for the lunge, get in a stance(your feet dont have to be apart),bend forward your right leg keeping the back leg relaxed, make sure that the knee of your right leg(the one you lunged with) does not go over your toes. oh, and remember to keep your back straight. the same goes for the left leg-THE LUNGE

This is a direc quote from my old choach. stan with ur feet shoulder width apart then squat down like your pooping in the woods:) good luck
you bend down half way, with your legs like spread out so your knees are facing out, and you can feel the mucles in your thigh stretching.
for a squat, there are some different ways, but i like shoulder length legs, bar rested on a comfortable part on the back part of your shoulders, eyes up, chest arched up, and go down to 90 degrees and up, with the push from your feet on the balls of your feet, so you dont lean forward too much and kill yourself
