No. When a person skips a meal the body is starving for energy which causes one to eat more as well as steal nutrients valuable to other areas in the body. Studies have shown that obesity is a result missing meals. Example; if you have a diet low in calcium what happens is your body draws calcium from tissues of the body and in this case the bones resulting in a decrease in bone density. In essence the body is being starved. Eat your 3 meals a day. The human body need nutrition to function properly.

Well, depending on how you eat the rest of the day and how you distribute it. You do know the old saying about "1st meal of the day's the most important". It's true.

Even a pop tart for breakfast would be better than no breakfast. The meal at 9 is not a good idea. It's recommended that people don't after 6 or 7 pm (not after dinner) or wait at least 2 hours before sleeping after eating. If you don't wait long enough your body will hold onto the calories more than otherwise. I know that I need to work on the breakfast thing, too. Good luck and eat breakfast!

Never!! No matter if your skinny or over weight. Depending on your body type is depending on what you should eat. If your skinny your choices are broader. Over weight or wanting to lose, cut the carbs and sugar.

not good, not awful. deprive the body of food and the metabolism slows and insulin levels plummet....basically you are tired and get fat easier. Its best to eat breakfast, keep the machine running as smooth as possible. If its time that's an issue then hard boil some eggs to take with you in the morning at the beginning of each week, or down a glass of milk or protein shake or whatever as you're heading out the door.
