Im 15 years old im 5 2 in height i need to lsoe weight!!?!

Well, can you at least tell me what weight your at so I can determine if your at a healthy level?

Edit: The weight for a 15 year old girl that is 5"4 is 134-151. DONT WORRY YOUR NOT FAT. I'm not saying that to not hurt your feelings, im just saying that because teenagers tend to gain weight due to growth spurts. Trust me, your not overweight, its just that your body needs the extra energy to grow. By the time your 18, I can say for sure that you will be in the health weight range. So its nothing to kill yourself over.

When I was your age, all I did was adopt the after 6pm habit where you wont eat anything after 6pm. Then I just did some walking in the evening. In 2 months, I lost 25 lbs. Of course, I also eat little during lunch....

Your weight and height are actually normal for someone of your age.

Just kidding. I wouldn't worry because your young and still have more time to grow. It all comes to discipline. Sometimes you have to say "NO!" to those hot cheetos.

If you are trying to maintain YOUR ideal healthy weight, this is how you can go about it :
*Remember to eat breakfast every morning
*Eat natural and healthy foods that are not processed or deep-fried
*Don't shy away from sweets- eating dark chocolate is good for your heart (for example) and as long as you eat junk food in moderation than it won't hurt you.
*Like somebody else said, start the don't eat after 8pm (I don't use six because I don't get to bed 'till 11) It's best to space it out so you have walking around time in between and it burns more unnecessary fat than going to bed just after you finish eating...
*THERE IS NO MIRACLE TO LOSING WEIGHT, AND BECOMING ANOREXIC OR BULIMIC DOESN'T SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS.... (neither does skipping meals)
*Also, drink lots of water- it flushes toxins out of your body and it's good for you.
